Once upon a time, I was a baker—running a God-led bakery and ministry in my hometown of Naples, Florida.

For three years, it was more than just a business. It was purpose. It was obedience. It was growth. By His grace, it became award-winning—three times over. But after a difficult off-season, that chapter came to a close.

And while it looked like loss on the outside, it wasn’t the end of the story.

At the time, I was known for vegan and gluten-free baking—not because it was my lifestyle, but because it was something I built from the ground up during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

I had come out of a violently abusive marriage, carrying words that tried to define me—words that said I wasn’t capable, that I wasn’t smart, that I wasn’t enough.

But baking became my quiet rebellion.

It became proof that I could learn.
That I could create.
That I could master something with my own hands.

Every recipe I developed, every cake I finished—it was more than just food. It was healing. It was restoration. It was God gently showing me that what had been spoken over me was never the truth.

And even though that bakery closed, what was built in me never did.

So after six months of grieving and searching, praying and seeking….I finally found what truly gives me joy and that is cake. Vintage old-school piping. Classic bakery style with mildly-sweet and silky smooth Italian Meringue Buttercream! During those six months, I started to create recipes again but this time traditional bakes. Determined to make cake using my own recipe, I built from the ground up using the science I learned from vegan and gluten free cakes.

The cakes I now offer are moist for days with a velvety plush crumb and bold in flavor.

Pricing

I wanted to focus on acquiring the business and trust within my local community for cakes before focusing too much on pricing. If you love my cakes and would love to have them adorn a dessert table at your next event, please contact me for a special quote based on your budgetary needs.

6″ to 10″ Round cakes are available from double to triple layers. $50 to $300+

Rectangle Quarter and Half Sheet cakes are also available in double or triple layers. $180 to $400+

Cake Slices – Dessert Table

If you would like to add cake slices to your dessert table in addition, I do that as well which are fun and ready to consume! They are 4″ wide by 3.5″ Tall and 1″ deep. They are a fun gourmet dessert table idea as they can be adorned with fillings and toppings based on your needs and wants.

Cake slices range from $4 to $8 per slice depending on quantity, ingredients and design used.
